A good place to stop for gas and chips.

It's a good stop to tank up if you are heading east, gas in Revelstoke or Golden is usually like 5 cents a liter more and it's conveniently located especially if you're coming up from the south. Last time I went through there a couple months ago I had a weird issue with their washrooms, this is an along the main highway gas station where people traveling long distances presumably stop and will want to use the washroom, they had washrooms available outside the main gas station, you had to ask for a key to use it, and even though I didn't see anyone I was told the washroom was occupied....there were multiple washrooms there and it seemed like they were keeping only one of them open to the public? It just seemed odd, this is probably just my own weird speculation but I got the feeling like maybe the dude working the night shift was responsible for making sure the washrooms were kept clean and did his best to let in the fewest people.

The staff are friendly, the bathrooms are clean and the sign that tells travellers from other Canadian provinces that you must pay before you fill up your fuel tank is very clear.
